Currently, we do not offer customization options for our bird feeders. Each piece is uniquely crafted, showcasing the natural beauty of cedar wood, which makes them one-of-a-kind.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- The item must be in its original packaging.

- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Custom or personalized products, Gift cards, or Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a return

To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team at support@kelownawoodcraft.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Kelowna Woodcraft is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us at support@kelownawoodcraft.com.

Non-Returnable Issues

- Minor variations in color, grain, or texture are natural characteristics of cedar wood and are not considered defects.

- Items that are damaged due to improper use, neglect, or lack of care are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Returns must be sent to the address provided during the return authorization process. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Kelowna Woodcraft reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.

All of our products are handmade to order with care and precision. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Once your order is completed, it will be shipped promptly.

We offer free, standard and expedited shipping options for your convenience. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Available across Canada and the United States

Expedited Shipping:

Delivery Time: 2-5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or carrier issues.

International Shipping

At this time, Kelowna Woodcraft ships exclusively to addresses within Canada and the United States. We are working on expanding our reach and hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number to track your package’s journey from our workshop to your home.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care to ensure your order is packaged securely. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email our support team at support@kelownawoodcraft.com with your order number and details, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
