Refund policy
We want you to love your Kelowna Woodcraft purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unworn, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged or defective. In those cases we will cover all shipping.
Exceptions and Non Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants. Custom or personalized products and personal care items cannot be returned. We are also unable to accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure about your item, please reach out to us.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive what you need is to return the item you have and place a new order for the replacement. Once your return is accepted, you can purchase the new item right away.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
