Shipping Within Canada

• Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping across Canada on all orders.

Shipping to the United States

• Free Shipping on Large Orders: Orders over $250 USD qualify for free shipping.

• Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $250 USD ship at a flat rate of $25 USD.

• Customs & Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any tariffs, duties, levies, or import taxes charged by U.S. customs. These fees are not included in our pricing.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If your product arrives damaged, we will happily ship you a replacement free of charge.

• To process a replacement, we require the return of the damaged product. We will cover all return shipping costs in this case.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

• Delivery times vary by region, but most Canadian orders arrive within 1–5 business days and U.S. orders within 2-7 business days.
